Protein Extraction Buffer

This buffer is used for rapidly extracting protein (less than 5 minutes) from cell culture or tissues taken from animals. Following extraction, the protein from the cells or tissues can be normalized using the MaxSuppressor™ Bradford Protein Assay Kit (cat. #: 3405) or the MaxSuppressor™GAPDH ELISA Kit (Cat. #: 3401) followed by an ELISA assay for quantifying relative protein expression.

This buffer is particularly useful when analyzing the reduction in protein expression in cell culture or in target organs of animals following the delivery RNAi agents.
