Lipid Extruder

 

The MaxSuppressor™ Lipid Extruder is intended for use with MaxSuppressor™ RNA-LANCEr II (cat. # 3410-10) to homogenizing lipid particles to 100 nm prior to the in vivo administration of the RNAi agent.  The MaxSuppressor™ Lipid Extruder allows researchers to prepare unilamellar vesicles by extrusion in an efficient, rapid manner.  Upon testing with MaxSuppressor™ In Vivo RNA-LANCEr II, BIOO has found that extrusion is superior to sonication when generating a heterogeneous size range of particles during the liposome formulation stage.
