In Vivo RNA-LANCEr II

Max Suppressor™ In Vivo RNA-LANCEr II uses neutral hydrophobic molecules to encapsulate and deliver RNAi agents into tissues achieving maximal gene reduction with minimal amounts of RNAi agent.
This new, patent-pending, proprietary formulation has been shown to be more robust and efficient at penetrating tissues and organs than other delivery agents.
Figure 1: MaxSuppressor™ RNA-LANCEr II formulated siRNA (IN-BFR) performs significantly better than Naked or Competitor-formulated siRNA.

To use MaxSuppressor™ In Vivo RNA-LANCEr II, simply mix 100 μg of your RNAi agent with a single tube of semi-dry MaxSuppressor™ In Vivo RNA-LANCEr II agent. Then add the appropriate volumes of sterile RNase-free water, sterile 10 x PBS and extrude using the MaxSuppressor™ Lipid Extruder (Cat. # 3410-07). The resulting mix can then be directly injected into the animal.
Injection of this agent via the tail vein has been shown to have the greatest gene reduction in the liver, lung and kidney. However, the delivery route can be focused so that more efficient uptake and reduction may be obtained in your desired destination. The RNAi agent-RNA-LANCEr II complex can also be directly injected into a subcutaneous tumor or into a specific organ using surgical procedures.
